Thank you for shopping with RigWheels India (rigwheels.in). We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket, which uses multiple reputable courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.


4. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote or Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 7–12 business days

Shipments may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during special promotions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS, and

  • A tracking link generated through Shiprocket.

You can track your order in real-time through the provided link.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

Shipments may be returned to us in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not available

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

If an order is returned due to such reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video/photos showing the issue

  • We will review and assist with replacement or resolution


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return policy (if applicable).
